Fiorela Tajeda, MBA
Community Clinical Liaison
Fiorela’s commitment to the community started early in her career after working for a local non-profit, focusing on ending homelessness. During her time there, Fiorela partnered with community stakeholders to meaningfully serve and develop mechanisms to improve the quality of life and vitality of the residents. Her passion for building healthier and more equitable communities led her to the healthcare industry, where she helped pilot the nation’s first universal social determinants of health program. As someone who is passionate about social impact, Fiorela believes that raising awareness through education and unwavering commitment to the community is key to achieving health equity and closing the gap in healthcare disparities.
Fiorela holds a BA in Psychology from Kean University and an MBA from Montclair State University.
